PRODUCTION MACHINERIES :
MILLS : 1-2-3
- there are seven blowing lines In the company produced by the German Company Trutzschler. These lines are distributed as follows:
-Two lines in sub-mill No.1
-Two lines in sub-mill No. 2.
-Three lines in sub-mill No. 3.
Two machines have been installed types Secromat from Trutzschler company on the two combed blowing lines in sub-mill no. 3 to increase the quality. Also they installed the Vision Shield machines from Jossi. The whole machines in the blowing line connected with a central computer by means of TKN system.
- 92 carded machines type DK 803 produced by Trutzschler company and distributed on the sub-mills. The whole carded machines are connected with KIT Net which is connected with computer for processes of monitoring the machines and reading the productive data
- 90 Draw Frame FA306 made by henyang Textile Machinery Works- China & Distributed on two stages – first draw, and second draw which contains evenness device and in the combed line there are draw machines before combed ones.
- 83 Fly Frame FA 415 made by Jiagun Hogyuan Textile Machinery- China, with SKF compressor from Germany, and Overhead Cleaners SFU 105 A produced by the same company
- 472 Ring Spinning Frame FA 507 made by Shanghai Erfangji Co. Ltd. - China. Each one of them has 480 spindle with German compressor SKF
In each sub- mill there are 25 Electro Automatic Doffer FU221S and it is movable in order to make the spinning frame start easily and quickly. It is made by Shanghai Erfangji Co.Ltd. - China. Also there are Overhead Cleaners SFU 105A produced by the same company.
- 57 Schlafhorst Autoconer System 238 type RM made by Schlafhorst. - Germany. Each one consists of 60 heads
In each sub mill there is one machine for rewinding Production by Schlafhorst company , Germany origin . There are some machines equipped with Ustar Peyer 551 system and other machines with UBC 200F device, All machines are equipped with waxing device.
- 14 Double Winder FA705, manufactured by Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.Ltd-China, all of them are found in the sub-mill no. 1 , and they are equipped with overhead cleaners.
- 108 Tow for One Twister FA762, manufactured by Jingwei Textile Machinery Company- China, all of them are found in the sub-mill no.1, and they are equipped with overhead cleaners.
- 6 machines Lap winder Marzoli STM SR 80, manufactured by Shenyang Texlile Machinery company - China , all of them are found in the sub-mill no.3
- 33 Comber Marzoli STM PX2 machine manufactured by Shenyang Textile Machinery -China, all of them are found in the sub- mill no. 3
- 9 Schlafhorst Autocoro 288 machine, type srk
Germany, manufactured by Schlafhorst . Each one of them consists of 288 heads , all of them are found in the sub- mill no. 3
- Each sub-mill has a waste room , which serves both of blowing and Card sections and it is of Chinese origin.
LABORATORIES :
All the 3 mills are equipped with the most modern test instruments in order to make the needed test on cotton , sliver and produced yarns which lead to a quality 5-25 % Uster & sometimes it goes under 5 % Uster . Following devices could be found :
1- uster HVI (2 pcs) for cotton tests
2- Uster tester4 (2pcs) for yarn evenness & all yarn data
3- Yarn tension /tensojet – tensorapid (2pcs)
4- Classimat
5- TPM tester zwiegle (4pcs).
6- Uster AVIS for neps measuring
7- Nate for neps measuring
8- Uster count analyzing device
9- Impurity tester
10- Many devices for humidity measuring
11- Lot of auxiliary devices & counters which are used in addition to those above mentioned main devices.
